What goes up ……..must come down!

I thoroughly enjoyed running the first of my Roman blind making workshops last Saturday. Four enthusiastic sewers arrived and set to work. They all made such lovely blinds (Becky & Kerry pictured below). For more images click here. I’ll be running more soon, so if you are interested, keep an IMG_0525eye open for dates coming up on my calendar.IMG_0527

Curtain and Blind Making

Spring will soon be here and my thoughts are on redecorating my living room! This will include new curtains or blinds. That in mind, I thought I would share with you, my 2o years experience in soft furnishings! New for March & April this year – I will begin the first of my curtain and blind making workshops!

I spent the whole of last weekend busily preparing for the first of these, using a friend as a ‘guinea pig’ to ensure I could fit in all I could in a day’s workshop! I am still working on producing my little guidance booklet complete with hand drawn diagrams! This should all be ready in plenty of time for the first of these –┬ácurtain making which will be taking place on Saturday 16 March. Roman blind making will be in April – date yet to be confirmed.

Have a look at the workshop page of my website under ‘Which workshop is best for me?’ for full details. Contact me if you would like a booking form.
